South Park work day!

Sunday, August 7th, 10:00am
Meeting at the Ice Rink parking lot on Corrigan Drive.
Tools will be provided.
Volunteers should bring work gloves and water (lotsa water).

We'll be fixing some dangerous dangerous holes and doing mud drainage work in the trail behind the drinking fountain on Corrigan.

Sorry big man, but I'm going to be scoping the race course at Seven Springs that weekend. Hey save some work for me though. Hey there is an extremely dangerous tree that fell on the trail directly up from the water fountain. On second thought, I might be able to cut that out tonight with my hand saw. You all have fun. I mean it, save some for me.

I'm liking the ride-around of the downed tree and traditionally muddy section. Maybe we can expand on it Sunday. We'll have a 2-man crosscut saw with us.

I got a chance to ride the Park and see some of the work that was done. Nice job. Looks like you guys worked pretty hard. There is so much more that needs done but finding time to do it is tuff. Mother nature seemed to work faster than we do. Anyway< I just wanted to say Thank you to all that did the work.

Hey! I recently moved to the South Hills and might be interested in helping out on any South Park build/trail maintenance days. Please, keep me posted.
