ok i am ready to sell off my magicshines.(they work fine, i am looking to lose some gear weight though....)
here is what i have:

2 of the warranteed batts, so far working well.
2 of the regular headlamps.
1 of the upgraded longer lasting headlamps.
extension wire.
2 chargers.
and the wire adapter that lets you run 2 handlebar lights off of one battery.

i will look into price if anyone interested.
