out-o-towner needing ride advice near airpoort

hey folks,

i'm heading to pittsburgh for a class the week of 4/29/12 - 5/4/12. i'll be staying at the marriot at 5100 campbells run road. i'm flying in to town so i won't have my bike with me but i'd love to get out for a ride (or two or three) to check out the local trails. can you offer me any advice on how to score a ride for the week and where i should ride? it doesn't look like there's much i could easily ride to from the hotel but maybe i'm wrong.

fwiw, i ride a rigid 29er ss so ideally i'd like to find one of those to ride but just about anything that'll fit a 6' rider is cool with me.

Sorry not to have read this earlier!! Next time you're in town Google Bavington and Montour trails. Bavington is off of Rt 22 towards Weirton. The Montour trails are easier found at a trailhead across from Brother's Grimm bar and restaurant. There's a few miles of singletrack in Montour that is not groomed but very rideable. It's got a few outlets onto the rail-trail.
